Great tool

Like being able to connect with a person I know and trust. My only hiccup is that even though all my notification settings are on, I’m not getting anything when my banker has replied.

Nice service!

I have to say, it worked much better than I expected. I was able to select my local banker and message directly with them, definitely a value add. Note, this app is not online banking, the person that 1 star’d the app thinking it was mobile banking is an idiot.

I like the idea of this app but it’s just not useful or realistic. They connect you with real in-store bankers who are busy with other customers so you’re lucky if you get a response within several hours. Plus there are zero notifications so you just have to keep wasting your time checking to see if someone responded. You’re better off just going in or calling their customer service number.
