Trustworthy company

I don’t write reviews. I’m only doing it for this company because I am grateful to them. There products and educational content has benefited my life immensely. I was always trying different diets and routines to achieve the body I wanted. UMZU opened my eyes to my overall health not just my looks. I am forever grateful and will support this company. The most important thing in the world is your health. And this company has helped me so much.

Now just create an app for thermo diet and I’ll be subscribing to that sshutff in no time!

App Review - products haven’t yet arrived

UPDATE: Very quickly addressed the first issue (contact info) and the other is only an issue on the smallest of screens. Color me impressed; from 3 to 5 stars in only two days.

Suggestions from the cheap seats:

1. Should have readily accessible customer service contact information on every page (traditionally at the bottom but can be from the pull down menu).

Speaking of which, your phone menu did not work yesterday when calling from my iPhone or landline, nor has anyone responded to the message I sent afterwards.

2. Either allow the phone/app to be turned sideways or allow resizing of the page so text is more easily read on smaller screens.

Otherwise it appears to be a fairly nice first effort.

Thank you for your review and feedback. These are great ideas. We will update the app with Customer Service contact information ASAP and work on the product description/information text sizing.

You’ll never feel better

Absolutely every product I’ve ever used from UMZU has made me feel fantastic. I’ve also had friends try products and they work fantastically for them as well. The customer service is amazing I will recommend UMZU 100% of the time.
