So I've been on Underdog for over a year now and I've never had any issues up until I had a few tennis matches that were canceled so Underdog refunded me my money so I withdrew well over half the money and the money I had left on there I made some basketball tickets with so I tried to deposit some more money on my underdog account to do halftime bets and all of sudden I had a deposit limit. I've never set a deposit limit on my Underdog account. So I couldn't make a deposit for 90 days, 3 months!! That's a little harsh if you ask me and my thing is we can't make another account to or they will block your Underdog account permanently. Seriously? If we are depositing money and we don't always win and Underdog is making money off of us why does Underdog permanently blocks people accounts for making a new account to gamble on?? That doesn't make any sense to me at all. It's really harsh. I love Underdog and like the anticipation of it but some of the rules are a bit immature.

Worst betting app I’ve ever used. And for me, that’s saying something, as both fanduel and draft kings are blocked in my state, so I’ve been banished to the depths of my state sportsbook and even THAT I prefer over underdog. Blatant false claims for the pick-em entries just to make people throw away money. They make it seem like hitting 3 out of 3 picks will get you 6x money and hitting 2 of 3 will give you 3x, but in reality, 2 of 3 only gets you your money back. Selecting insurance states “hit 2 or more picks to win” but in what world do you only get your money back on a “won bet”? They need to phrase this better and say the bet will be voided, not won. Also in the pick-em rules it states “Payouts include entry fee being paid back” which is not the case if you select insurance. This makes it seem like you’ll at least be making +100 on 2 of 3 but in reality you don’t get anything. Despite all of this, I was actually about to give them my business today on another pickem. I had 4 selections picked out, 2 of which were rescinded minutes after I selected. Do not select ANYTHING until you are ready to actually submit the bet. The fact that two of my promising, well-researched picks were rescinded minutes after I selected them, makes me almost positive that they are monitoring your picks before you even make them, and adjusting them accordingly so they’ll always come out on top. If I could rate 0 stars I would, don’t give these grifters your money.

Arguably the worst app off all time. They trick you thinking it’s good with these promos, don’t be dumb and fall for it. I got 50 people to switch apps and they all agree chalkboard and sleeper are way better. After I signed up, put in my information somehow my account gets locked 4 days later, they claim it is normal and happends to most accounts. By looking at the reviews it happend to almost everyone. They asked for the exact same information that was verified when I signed up. Exact information, even though when I signed up I was verified and my information was correct and I was all good. Next up they started asking for weird information which is completely uncalled for. I try to contact there help team, they respond in 24 hours, I’ll respond back in 10 mins and have to wait another 24 hours. You have to use your bonus money quickly and mine is going to get taken away because my account is locked and they are allergic to responding to legit people. After you open up a case, they take forever to reply and the help agents are never active. I provided them all information possible, everything they need and my account is still locked, insane. $700 down the drain and my friend got scammed by them for 4k. It won’t let me request a withdrawal and my account is locked so I can’t bet. Extremely frustrated, a lawsuit might be filed. This is ridiculous, can’t believe I fell for this scam

I’ve been told by now 4 employees of underdog that i did win a ticket last Friday. Each of them has also informed me it won’t be paid out as they had an initial error getting information from their feed so it won’t be corrected. Nba has this stat listed as accurate 3min after the game and the ticket was pending for 24 hours. If there’s one thing a sport book needs to stand behind is its accuracy of grading a ticket. When I lose I keep it moving but when Underdog sees something needs to be corrected they won’t. This specific market has been corrected by two other sport books and I have seen that with my own eyes. I don’t understand why I’m punished in the amount of $3,100 because Underdog ADMITTED to making a mistake. The customer service is what made it worse as it was copy and paste answers including the house rule which actually gives more fact that I’m right and then tells me I won’t be paid. It gets worse. Each time I politely asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on the chat and disregarded. The fourth time I finally got a supervisor who then hung up on me when I asked them to explain why I’ve had a ticket corrected due to an Underdog error in the past but not this time. Seems highly illegal. I’ve had no other resource then to file a complaint with the gaming commission because it’s absurd.

I’ve used UD since the start and everything was naturally great, from functionality to game selection. Unfortunately, this company has been completely consumed by big money and it’s clear, as their resources are now poured into strange celebrity cameos rather than the users that support them. Their entire commitment is to their pick em book, which barely even has half of the lines most people are looking for at any given time. The mobile app barely works at this point, as it is riddled with ineptitude, constant freezing, and an interface that no longer even looks good. The cherry on top is the atrocity that is their customer service- you can email support and get a response from a real person but it may as well be a robot. If you want a generic useless response, these are your go to guys. For those that may read this review and think I’m just bitter about losses, that couldn’t be further from the case. I literally just want to draft on their app, but the never ending technical issues have seemingly eliminated that possibility for who knows how long? I plan on finishing out this best ball season before closing out my account for good, a real shame having to give up the original red badge I regretfully earned so many years ago. What a disgrace this company has become in such a short time span.

I just started playing on Underdog and it is the best new daily fantasy option out. DraftKings and fanduel have become so overloaded with the professionals that enter thousands of lineups with computer algorithms that make it almost impossible to win as a casual fantasy player. The small group snake drafts are awesome to level the playing field and they even have a safety measure to ID and remove any collusion between players on drafts. That way one team doesn’t get loaded up with all the best players! I would recommend everyone that wants a fun way to get back into daily fantasy without having to worry about beating computer algorithms! They even offer best ball and season long options to fit whatever you are looking for and I haven’t even begun to talk about the over/under pickem section they have to give you yet another option to make every game in every sport worth watching!

I like the app overall. Gives a discount almost every day. This app also gives up to a 6x multiplier for a 3 pick parlay compared to other apps which are usually 5x or less. The only problem is the costumer service. My girlfriend’s account got restricted because we use my phone for both of our accounts. We were not aware that this was prohibited. It states that you can’t be “multi-accounting” which it doesn’t really explain what it is. But I’m guessing it means that we can’t have multiple accounts on one device which it doesn’t specifically say that. My girlfriend and I would just log in to our accounts on one device and out of no where she got restricted on her account. So I’m just assuming multi accounting means you can’t share accounts on one device. She had to email them that she understand what she did wrong and that she won’t do it anymore which she did. Anyways she has been waiting for almost a week for a reply. She emailed them about 3 times and still no response. Every other app we use, we get a reply within a day.

I placed a bet and I know for a fact I chose the “Higher” category. When I looked later, it was altered to “Lower”. Now, I understand this claim was only for $10, but when I contacted customer service and spoke with Austin. I was told that the system is incapable of having glitches/making errors. I, however, happen to work in the coding/programming industry and glitches/bugs in systems occur more regularly than one would think. I was told that he was “very confident this was just a mistake”, but why would I place a “Lower” bet on a player that I’ve placed “Higher” on EVERY other betting app (PrizePicks, Sleeper, etc). I told Austin that I wanted to speak with a supervisor/manager and never received a response. The lack of customer service here absolutely disgusts me. I was screwed out of my money and will happily take my money to their competitors instead. Great job Austin, you gained $10 for your company and saved a $200 win. But you also would have gained more in the long run had you done one of the following: 1. Change my pick back to “Lower”, the way it was originally set and altered. 2. Cancel my entry entirely. 3. Refund my money. Austin, you are pennywise, pound foolish.

I’m extremely disappointed with Underdog Fantasy. I recently experienced a situation where my account was permanently blocked with the message, "Access denied - Underdog Fantasy has made the business decision to end our relationship and your account has been blocked permanently." After reaching out to customer support, I received nothing but a generic response stating that this decision is final, without any clear explanation.It appears I am not the only one facing this issue, as many other users have reported similar experiences. It seems that after winning, they find a reason to restrict and permanently ban accounts without justification. Additionally, they are incredibly slow with withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal 5 days ago, which was successful before my account was banned, yet I still haven't received my money. This situation is deeply concerning as I need the funds to help cover my grandma's cancer treatment. The lack of transparency and the inability to provide a reason for the ban is very troubling. I hope Underdog Fantasy addresses this issue promptly and fairly for all its users.

Underdog Fantasy is easily the best app for player props right now. The interface is smooth, the lines are competitive, and the experience is seamless. It’s a great platform whether you’re looking to make straight picks or build creative slips.One of the standout features is how easy it is to navigate and place bets. The app runs well, and everything feels intuitive. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they don’t let you use every last cent in your account when placing bets. It’s a small but frustrating issue—sometimes you’re left with a few cents sitting there instead of being able to go all-in on a pick.If they fix that, this would be a five-star sportsbook. Another improvement would be adding a feature to rewatch games directly within the app, which would make tracking picks even better. Overall, though, if you’re into player props, this is the app to use.
