We're a collective of guys and girls who enjoy coding and "Underwatch" is our first iOS game. With this version we provide achievements and a caught counter!
You wake up - all you knew so far were the blurred outlines you perceived through the milky glass of your cage. But suddenly your door is open. What do you do? Do you want to go on living a dreary life as a lab rat or do you dare to escape?
But someone is aware of your escape. But is the one who sends you help in these seemingly hopeless situations really your friend? Find out, because you have no choice but to trust him.
Can you manage to escape from the lab? Good luck - you'll need it.

Underwatch was created as a project from Codevember 2019. A small team of former students of the University of Tübingen and other people for artwork, music and more developed and designed this project together.

We've been working hard for you:
- We added a "caught by camera" counter
- You can now earn achievements
- Check which ones you already achieved and which ones are missing in the main menu
- Minor bugfixes and improvements
- We added a conditional skip-button for the intro scene
Ratings and Reviews
Just started playing this game but so far I’m enjoying it a lot! It’s a simple concept: cross a room while avoiding being seen by surveillance cameras. While the task is basically simple it becomes more and more challenging as you progress through the rooms through the use of multiple cameras, cameras that move, obstacles in the room, etc. Even the story seems simple: escape from the lab. But you quickly get the sense that there’s more to it than that thanks to your mysterious guide who helps you via short instructions displayed on screens in some of the rooms. The backgrounds are basic and cloaked in darkness which is fitting for the setting. The music is wonderful and really sets the mood. There are no “bad guys” to defeat, just the ominous, cold light from the ever present cameras to avoid. The game does a great job of creating an anxiety inducing, heart pounding atmosphere similar to the thrill of being scared on an amusement park ride. I took off one star because it’s sometimes a little clunky hitting the right spot on the exit door to complete the level but it’s not enough to deter me from playing. No ads or in app purchases! Can’t wait to see how it unfolds!

a really(!) big thanks for your valuable feedback and the time you took to write this review! We're stocked to hear that you like it. Keep on playing and we'll keep you posted about new content!
Cheers and stay safe
Edit: And we'll fix the exit door in the next update!
So I’ll like to say the game is amazing as it challenges you, and your mind. I love how you have to use your head for the places to go and when to go. But I feel like the corners are a little hard to get past as I got stuck on a few. And I would love the game to be longer as I finished it in about a hour or less. Also I’m not sure if it’s me or not but the music makes me feel uncomfortable as I can say just a little more nervous. If that’s what you are hoping for with the music you got it. I just recommend something a little more “not scary” lol. But at the end of the day it’s a good game and I expect better games like this in the future.
And honestly good game! Just one problem..
This is as the title says, an honestly good game so far this year! The story base fits the game perfectly and gives the gameplay a boost! The graphics are amazing, and the levels are just fun to play. I especially love the character chuck he is just so helpful in a hard level, and helps me get through it better knowing that I have a friend. But, the one problem to all these good things is the glitch with the controls, sometimes I’ll be playing like normal, and then my rat will get stuck on the smallest of things like a little plate on the floor, a wall, a chair, or even the actual floor sometimes. I hope that this glitch is an easy fix though, because like I stated before this is an honestly good game! Anyway, I hope this review is helpful towards the producers and the people looking into getting this game. Goodbye! ✌🏻

Hey Princess owl,
Thanks for your lovely and valuable feedback!
Please check out our update from yesterday. We tried to improve the controls (you got the option to lock and unlock them). Furthermore, we cleaned up the clipping part of the rat and it should feel way better now.
We can't wait to hear your feedback.
Thanks a bunch and stay safe,
