Beautiful story! Updated review.
Initially, I loved this game but ended up rating it only one star because, like the reviewer after me, I’d only been able to progress to a certain point. Like they said, it would take the tickets, but the choice I'd made would freeze and I wasn’t able to progress.
I’m not sure what happened to change this, as I never deleted or reinstalled the app, anything like that. I simply tried a few more times... and somehow it just worked, and today I was able to play it through to its conclusion.
Like 7 Days, this game is beautifully written and has a wonderful message at the end (well, I suppose that’s based on the ending you get). I got the kind-hearted one, after saving the kids with Luke by my side. I’d recommend this to anyone - hopefully it doesn’t glitch though like it did with me, and if it does, just keep trying several times to push past it before giving up.
Five star game. Thank you for the journey. I’ll likely delete the app now after changing my review (since I’m horrible with the storage on my phone!) but I’ll download another story. Once I’ve finished the others, I’ll likely come back to this one to play for other endings!
PS - to anyone complaining about the ticket system - is it really THAT bad? Just let the ads run while you’re reading a book or watching a show or something. That’s what I did, and I was able to play all the way through without having to buy any.

I don’t usually write reviews. But this, this sparked the artist and writer within me XD it’s absolutely incredible. I really felt myself getting into the story and I don’t think I’ll feel the same with any other game. I’m up to 6 endings so far, and I’m trying to get the last one without being mean any of the characters, but I don’t think that’s how I’ll get it lol. Nonetheless, I love it. Hayden, Joan, River, Boss, all of their designs are amazing. At first I didn’t understand why we had so many choices about boss but I found that boss really cared about Eugene, and that’s what got me. I don’t know if the storyline is supposed to be this deep but I still really like it. I love getting the titles! I’m trying to get all of them and put the best one. I currently have the “ kind-hearted “ one. I really like this game and have recommended it to a few people, regardless of the ticket thing. The story imo is worth watching all those ads. This is very long but yep, 5 stars.
Everything is so beautiful!!!
The story, the art, the people, everything is very well planned and executed. I absolutely loved all the characters, especially Boss!! He seemed such a gentle person under that gruff exterior. And I cried so much throughout the story, there were so many lessons learned, and the main character grew so much.
I loved the animations as well, though I wish there were a way we could see the animations directly in the album! Right now we can only see still pictures, but I wish I could watch them over and over again!
All in all, this game was an amazing experience. I almost can’t believe it’s free, and while there are ads, they are at a very reasonable number, which is totally acceptable, especially for a game of this quality. Go download this game right now! You definitely won’t regret it!
