Keeeeps playing when app is closed

App keeps playing, after it is closed. How is that normal?

Developer Response ,

This is expected behavior. If you have the “stock player” option turned on or the app has determined it needs to use the “stock player” to play DRM protected content, it actually uses the Music app to play the content. This means that even if you force close the app, it will continue to play.

Hope that helps explain the mystery ;)
