Be aware of disconnects during bonus spins

I was playing monopoly megaways and had triggered the “bonus spins” which is the whole point of playing the game. During my bonus spins I had accumulated $30 and my session was disconnected. Upon logging back in there was no record of my bonus spin won amount or the remaining spins. Support and the vendor had no way to corroborate what I reported, they credited my $30 but did not restore my bonus spins at the multiplier that I had earned. This time it was only $30 but it could have been hundreds or thousands and it’s scary that they can’t retrieve the state of the game or corroborate the disconnect.
