First Class ALL the Way
I’ve purchased spirits from other auction sites over the years, but these folks take customer service to another level. HIGHLY recommend!! Looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future.
Something’s got to give
Understand why you would want to list as many items as possible for each auction for but either need to significantly improve the filter functionality including by reserve pricing OR you’ve got to weed out some of the insane reserve pricing. Again fully understand why you don’t want to not list things given I’m sure you get some fee for listing it. There are hundreds if not thousands of bottles no where near the reserve price. If you could filter out by reserve price, would go to four stars. Most of the time have to click on each bottle.
Poor technology when it matters
Several times I’ve experienced technical glitches when it’s the last few minutes of an auction. That makes me hesitant to ever sell a bottle with this auction. I know for a fact I won a bottle at some point where I would have paid more for it, but the technical glitches at the end were making it difficult for others to bid. Very Unfortunate to see how unreliable the app is. If they get that fixed, I’d have more confidence in the platform.
