Great company and customer service
These guys are great and professional. I had an order arrive in great shape and I think the way they package their products could withstand a tornado. They took great care to ensure safe transport. As a bonus they do right by their customers. I had called and requested shipment of my product that was in storage, but they forgot to ship it. I called a month later (not being an a hole understanding sometimes stuff happens) and they apologized, shipped it to me and covered the shipping for forgetting. Recommend the app and this business 100%.
First Class ALL the Way
I’ve purchased spirits from other auction sites over the years, but these folks take customer service to another level. HIGHLY recommend!! Looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future.
Something’s got to give
Understand why you would want to list as many items as possible for each auction for but either need to significantly improve the filter functionality including by reserve pricing OR you’ve got to weed out some of the insane reserve pricing. Again fully understand why you don’t want to not list things given I’m sure you get some fee for listing it. There are hundreds if not thousands of bottles no where near the reserve price. If you could filter out by reserve price, would go to four stars. Most of the time have to click on each bottle.
