Bi-injection gives the opportunity to manufacture closures with different materials in one step, eliminating post treatment or assembly. The production process is faster and more cost –efficient. With bi-injection technology, a solid bond between different, even non-adherent plastics, is possible. A single closure can satisfy a multitude of requirements in terms of functionality and design. The infinite possible combinations of colours create great shelf appearance.
IML
Inmould labelling gives the opportunity to manufacture closures with maximum differentiation through incorporate textures and high resolution graphics. Inmould labelling techniques are also crack preventive and are highly resistant to scratches. For our customers this solution is easy and cost effective to implement on the production lines and highlights differentiation in a sustainable way, without harming the future.
