Aside from the Great Customer Service they provide, I enjoy shopping at United Supermarket for the fact that they have the items they advertise in stock all the time. I’ve never had to get a rain-check.
Added Features in New App NOT Worth Inability to Use

Despite prices being a bit higher at all United stores, I don’t mind because the customer service is almost always top notch. Their pharmacy is a million times better than Walgreens, but since the new update to all stores in my area along with the new app, I can’t even log in. I not only use it for myself but for my family. If I’m already logged into the app, why do I even need to login to the pharmacy portion if it’s combined? I’m beyond frustrated! I haven’t attempted to order pickup or delivery for food, but at this point, I’m not even going to attempt to. I’ll stick with Walmart & Target until app is fixed.

United has the highest prices in town, by far. Now the new app doesn’t show my rewards points, no longer offers savings, doesn’t show my gas rewards number and says there are no gas stations near me (there are several). It routes my orders to the wrong store which never has anything in stock and sells rotten meat. If this is the new experience, I’ll pass. Walmart will have 100% of my business from now on. United should hire an IT team who can actually do their job. I have a feeling after reading these reviews that they will lose a ton of business over this one. They’ve certainly lost me.

Cannot log into pre-existing pharmacy account. Can’t create a new account either because it says My account already exists. If it does, I’d really like to know how to log into it!!! New app is worthless. The old app worked flawlessly. Managed and refilled prescriptions with ease. Not this one. They turned a perfectly working pharmacy app into a USELESS one. Who is rating this app 5 stars? The designers?? Called the tech support # for help and was assured the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Five days later, Nope!
