Wherever you are, Doctor Chat gives you the peace of mind of knowing if you should “just go back to bed and touch base in the morning, or if you should “go to the emergency room.
Currently, UnitedHealthcare Doctor Chat is only available to UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members in select states.

Available when outside Washington ?

Would love to see the app and capability in other states. When???

Amazing is all I can say about this app

I have been having trouble with my lungs do to my asthma for months now. I like many other fear going in and getting infected like the millions of people in the US today! So when I saw this pop up in my newsfeed I was hesitant at first thinking yea right. Boy was I wrong took me less than 5 min to sign up, and less than 25min having a diagnosis and a solution! I’m not kidding it was faster than goin in.

this is perfect for someone such as myself who has a hard time getting to and from appointments, I’m so relieved that I have another way to speak with a health care professional and not have to leave home!
