Amazing and much better than the last app

So much better than the first app from UTR! This one shows advanced player stats for pro players, and also college and local players. Also my saved player lists which I have on the web site is on the app.

I also saw some issues on my phone after I upgraded to iOS 15, but on my iPad the app works great. Please fix the iOS 15 bugs, but 5 stars for making this. Also love the paid hits options in my area.. would love to play a college player :)

Somethings are missing….

I would love to use this to find UTR events in my area, but there are a few things which would make this more helpful. Some of these were in the old USTA app. I would like to favourite tournaments so I can look ahead and mark ones that I might want to sign up with as the date gets closer and my schedule gets set. Also, I want to be able to see what players are registered. I can do this on the website, but not in the app. Sometimes that impacts if I will register. The app is pretty clunky - for instance, if I want to change the miles from default location I need to delete out the location for the slider to pop up.
I really would like a good app for finding tennis events - so hoping this app will continue to improve. Especially since we need people to participate in UTR events in order to get a more accurate UTR rating.

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! It is really useful for us as we develop out new features.

On the topic of seeing players that have registered for an event, we just added that to version 1.0.5 so please update your app, and in the event profile just tap on the division and you will see the players who have registered in that division.

We will look into the idea of favoriting an event, and also are currently working on your feedback about the location and distance filters.

Difficult to Use

I really want to like this app, it has a great network and lots of potential to find and meet people to play. Among the issues that exist, the biggest problem in finding has to be finding your schedule / league / division and the contact information of other players. I signed up for a flex league and you would think the information would be front and center once the league begins (maybe on your profile?) but instead I found you have to search for the league and click through all the divisions to find your profile and schedule.

On top of that, messaging through the app isn’t intuitive, or understanding everyone’s home courts and preferences.

The app has potential, just very unintuitive and burdensome to work through.

Hi Fantasy king 1739, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are looking at ways to make finding your scheduled matches easier, including those from your Flex Leagues.  

I see you are on version 1.0.7, so please update to the latest version (currently v1.0.13) as it has some fixes and we have recently added easier ways to find the contact info of your flex league matches (see the flex league matchups and you will see contact info for each opponent). There is much more to come, and thanks again for spending the time to write us.
