Unix Timestamp Converter 4+

Thanks for making this available!. I love that this thing lets you copy out the formatted date that is the result of converting a unix timestamp. that is my 99% use case.

Having said that, there are a few things missing to make this have a really smooth workflow as a daily use tool:

1. This should automatically populate the conversion from the paste buffer. I shouldn't need to paste it in for it to display me the conversion data of the timestamp I just copied
2. millisecond timestamp detection. I work with a mix of second and millisecond epoch timestamps. I hate having to delete the last 3 digits in the millisecond timestamp, it would be nice if it just detected that, if the date of the timstamp appears to be more than, say, 1,000 years in the future, presume it's a millisecond timestamp and convert it accordingly.
3. configurable datetime format. I would really like to either be able to specify my own datetime format for conversion or have an option for ISO 8601 datetime. There's a lot of work involved in this, but IMO that functionality would really make this a 5 star tool.

It would be fantastic if you didnt need the application always running (so that it actually shows up in the dock that it's open). Instead just make it permanently docked in the top menu so I don't have to keep opening the app all the time. I love how lightweight the app is, but this is a really big annoyings. Enough where I would seek a different app that offers this feature.
