Great App with few cons

So the app itself is great. Of course I read the reviews after I started using it so I got scared lol but I’ve never had an issue with direct deposits not coming or even being late. It would usually come a couple hours before it was supposed to. My only issues were the wait gradually got longer. At first it was 1 day to hit my wallet and 1 more day to transfer to my bank (not including weekends) and it somehow turned into waiting 2-3 days for each step. My other issue was the fee. It’s double fee basically so they would take 1 from you and still charge another $1 from buyers. So if the price was $10 you’d receive $9 but the buyer would end up paying $11. The higher the amount the bigger the fee

User Beware!

I’ve been trying to contact someone at this company now for over 2 months no one responds to the emails, and their phone number has been disconnected. I don’t know if their incompetent or if their app is broken but when I try to cashout it prompts me for verification I submitted the information and documentation that they requested but nothing was done. Now I have no idea who has my drivers license and selfie along with my my personal information. Please be cautious with this application I am at the point that I will be contacting their payment processor which is stripe since no one that represents the app will contact me back or answer my emails. Grossly unprofessional time to expose this scam for what it is, they’re collecting information on people and stealing identities I’ve had to put a credit lock on my credit profile. Conveniently after I signed up for this app i started receiving notifications that my social security number has been being used for various loan applications, credit card applications, if there is no responsibility taken by these creators I will be reporting them to the FCC and Attorney General.

direct deposit thru stripe

STOP READ BEFORE DOWNLOAD OR USE: I am not sure if the issue is with their lack of funds in their account or with stripe. your first deposit is usually close to instant, then they take longer and longer, the pop up screen tells you it may take 3-7 days and after the first deposit I can tell you it will. i’ve seen other reviews complaining of the same thing happening. Now that i’ve had 3-5 smaller deposits go through I have my largest amount i’ve received stuck for however long because of bug issues the app is having with stripe. I contacted support by email multiple times and have got the same response. it might maybe be fixed within 42-72 hours. now it had been 42 hours 3 times and still no fix or any kind of reimbursement for the wait. At this point if you’re looking for a secure way to sell your content I suggest you keep doing it on your own. I wish I would have never used it and had my money now and not have to wait on a maybe possible fix.

Dear Maya, As already explained by our support team, funds take 3 to 7 business days to get to your bank account. We had an issue with Stripe last week and it has been resolved, all systems are normal right now. Best regards
