CBT journal!!

I have been dealing with anxiety for a while now and this app has been incredibly helpful in helping me work towards structured CBT journaling. The app has some helpful prompts and contextual text which helps propagate you through your first journal entry. I particularly love the “thought traps” buckets. It helps identify some of my common behavioral pattern and prods me towards healthier “avoidance” routes. The user experience is minimalist and clean which is helpful as you go through this journaling process. Very thoughtful and engaging!

Lovely UI

App is well made and frequently updated, with a rather intuitive interface. I think someone who enjoys writing journals or diaries regularly would also find this app excellent. You’d gain the most benefit if you’re diligent in putting down your thoughts and just being more mindful. Also, you can have it send notifications to remind you to add entries periodically. If you’re lazy like me hate typing on the phone, I recommend using Siri dictation.

Has really helped me with my anxiety

I’ve had anxiety for some time now, but I’ve only recently learned about CBT and I’ve been using the app to put it into practice.
The journal helps me adjust my thinking, figure out things I can do to improve my situation, and manage my anxiety.
PS, I’m a big fan of the message that tells me my entries are saving. It seems like a small thing, but it’s really reassuring!
