rudimentary app for a hefty price

semi-manual, e.g. every single time you check your gmail you have to login manually, allow connection manually. what is does it that it brings you to the website for each email one after the other and then it’s up to you.
the email delete app in the bundle: also expensive, rudimentary, no helpful function which would save time. example: you can’t flag legitimate emails you want to keep and every time you access the emails you will have to go though the whole inbox again. A lot of progress to be made.

Your feedback is really appreciated. We are always striving to improve our Apps and your suggestions will help us toward that goal. Some unsubscribe apps monitor emails and remove them from the Inbox requiring that you maintain and pay an ongoing monthly subscription fee. Once you cancel the subscription all unsubscribed emails will reappear in your Inbox. This is easy to use but costly. Some unsubscribe apps respond to emails asking email senders to stop sending emails. This is easy to use and less costly but not effective, as the majority of email senders will not honor such requests. We find that the the most effective way to unsubscribe from emails is to adhere to the senders unsubscribe procedure. This method, deployed in the UnSubscribe app, may take a little more effort to use but is more effective than other methods and less costly, since our customers pay a onetime fee for the app and are not locked into paying ongoing subscription fees. I hope this explains our rationale on how the UnSubscribe app was designed.

Should have been free

Not worth it. The app offers an alternative, and more expensive, way of accomplishing everything the Apple email does. I was looking for a faster way of unsubscribing to the avalanche of unsolicited ad emails, only to be frustrated that I paid for an app to make my life easier, only to find that it does nothing of the sort.

Intensely clever app!

There are some minor UI decisions that I wouldn’t have made, but they’re minor.

The way the app does its thing is very clever and elegant. Totally worth At least twice it’s cost!

I would like to see an “open in Safari” button because of the unsubscribe pages that are a bit unwieldy.

Hi AaronPF,

We are very happy that the UnSubscribe app is working for you and appreciate your suggestion and feedback, thanks. You indicate that there are some other “minor UI decisions” that you would have done differently. We are always looking to make the app better for our customers and would be very interested if you would email us at support@bdpcorp.com and share your ideas in addition to the “open in Safari” button. Thanks again.
