-Load cash at any one of 60,000 Mastercard rePower® locations - including 7-Eleven, CVS, K-Mart, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart.
Each UpChange Card Account is FDIC insured through Central Bank of Kansas City and covered by purchase protection* from Mastercard.
†Activation bonus offered to new cardholders that have not activated their card prior to October 19, 2020. Credit will be applied to the card within 30 days of card activation. Limit one (1) $5 Activation Credit per Card Account. First qualifying direct deposit must be received within 60 days of UpChange Card activation and prior to February 28, 2021. A cumulative $500 or more in payroll or federal benefit direct deposits, excluding tax refunds, per month for three (3) consecutive months required. $25 credit will be posted to your Card Account within 10 business days of receipt of the third month's qualifying direct deposit. Limit one (1) $25 credit per Card Account. Card Account must be open and in good standing at time of credit. If Card Account is closed before crediting, no credit will be issued.

Can't even sign up
It keeps telling me my admin number doesn't match my ssn and dob and some Indian lady with this awful high pitch couldn't even activate my card over the phone. TF??
