Fans are willing to gain jams through watching ads, buy pink jams and all. Yet this app couldn’t give the winning artist the chance to get the right PROFESSIONAL exposure and experience they deserve! What a freakin scam! All those sleepless nights, money, blood’n sweat and tears all for nothing!!! So cruel! I’m so devastated as I try to make time to vote and trying to do my regular day in the real world. Never in my life I was so dedicated to vote online for a Kpop group yet this app treated them like a “nobody” and that hurts so deeply!!!!! I believed Koreans have intense respect but where do you apply this when this app operated by Koreans can’t even apply that to their fellow Kpop participants. The DISRESPECT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GUYS! So disappointed! I hate being negative!!! It’s suppose to be a celebration not devastation but what’s done is done. We, fans, can move on but we’re forever traumatized and we will never forget only forgive. ☹️💔 All I can say watch our artist flourish and get the attention they deserve soon, ya’ll gonna beg for their appearance next time!!! This app makes you watch a ton of ads and spend money to vote for the group of your choice, while promising to award the winning group a promotional ad for support. My group won and instead of using the agreed upon video that was sent for promotion, this app took it upon themselves to alter the video and removed one of the group members. They are promoting the group as a 6 member group when everyone knows there’re 7 members. For the past few weeks, people have spent money voting with the understanding that all 7 members would be promoted! This is false advertisement! You can’t change the video after all the time and money spent on this. Give us all a refund and remove that insulting video!

Honestly I’ve been wanting to write this review for a LONG time. It’s full of low quality ads and the ‘voting’ system is dishonest where paid votes weigh more than normal. It is and has been easy for different fandoms to pay their way to the top. These awards, then, mean nothing if winners are no longer chosen by professional critics and scorers, and just bought by masses of fans. And of course the cherry on top which led me to today: disrespecting winners and participants by intentionally leaving out a member of a group who you have benefited from for so many years is a low blow. We no longer want to support or be part of U-Pick as it is unprofessional and the app itself is horrendous for users, anyway.
