Best Yoga App Ever!!!!
Prior to joining Brett’s program uplifted I struggled to maintain any kind of a daily yoga and meditation practice. Going through phases of daily practice for a couple weeks and then nothing for days, weeks, sometimes even months at a time. Since joining Uplifted I’ve done more yoga in 2 years than I had in the previous six. The app is so well organized, with classes grouped by training plan, level, type of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, restorative, self-myofascial release), and my favorite TIMES! EVEN if you ONLY HAVE 5 MIN there are yoga and meditation classes for you. There are 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, all the way up to 75 min or longer classes, something to match whatever time and mood you have. Brett also introduced me to Kundalini Yoga which has been absolutely lifechanging. The cost is worth every penny and more. Highly recommend!
So much wonderful content!
Brett covers so much in the realm of yoga from beginners to advanced, multiple types of yoga, guides, tutorials, themes and new content is always being added. I am always finding new areas to explore and no matter where I am on a particular day, I can find something that support me.
