iPad Screenshots

High tech computer crime and corporate espionage on the Internet of the future.

Now remastered for the iPad, Uplink plays brilliantly on the mobile format. The touch screen interface elegantly replaces the mouse and all of the original tense and paranoid gameplay is bought straight up to date with this new portable version. Stay mobile, trust nobody, don't get caught.

You're an Uplink Agent - a freelance computer hacker who makes a living by performing jobs for major corporations. Break into classified computer systems, steal research data, sabotage software, change academic and criminal records, even frame innocent people. Just be sure to cover your tracks, and remember that trust is a weakness.

Near perfect adaptation of this classic on iPad

Big thanks to Introversion for making such an incredible port of this PC classic. One of my favorite games of all time and the most replayable game I've ever played. This is still after years my favorite game to play on ipad. now that I am finally upgrading to a pro 10.5 inch from my trusty Air 1 I am worried that my favorite goto game on my ipad will not work with the new iOS version 11!!

Please update this priceless contribution to PC and iOS gaming immersion and keep it alive in glorious 64 bits!! Also, please add bluetooth keyboard/smart-keyboard integration so that the popup keyboard to deepen immersion and permit use of the whole display!

I will immediately buy the full $15 Prison Architect just to encourage you to keep your legacy alive here. When I talk to friends about gaming, UPLINK is always part of the conversation. I want to continue to be able to show it off and get new friends into this amazing experience!

to anyone on the fence, I honestly recommend playing this on ipad if you can hold off updating to iOS 11.. and find yourself a copy on PC/MAC otherwise as this game is a once in a lifetime kind of immersive gem. I am still finding new ways to play even after 10+ years with this refined classic. You simply have to play this if you ever thought cyberpunk was cool, or imagined the thrill and excitement of hacking the world..

An old Favorite and a nice welcome to the iOS!

On PC, this game was a great hacker simulator and a great challenge offering a hours of fun time, thanks to it's nice missions and challenges as well as the need to keep the missions going to upgrade your gateway every now and then to step up to the bigger challenges.

On iOS, the game is almost identical to it's PC counterpart. with the mouse replaced by the touch screen controls which offers a faster interaction to the game's objects. Routing your connection through multiple point to delay your back-trace is is faster and you can quickly disconnect if you are too close to getting busted!

One thing I wish was added was the add-ons. on PC, this game had a great support from community, brining amazing additions to the game. From Insane level of Gateways that you need to work so hard to afford its 100+ CPU slots to the Extra sort of DLC (the FBI was by far my favorite)

Overall, a great game to enjoy and a nice addition to the iOS gaming library!

Close to the original as it possibly can

I want to get my biggest complaint out of the way, the scale is a little too big. There’s a large amount of blurring in the icons and makes me wish the textures were a little sharper. But for a game this old, and still able to run on iOS 12, is acceptable.

This is a fun game to kill time on, I highly recommend playing this on PC. I’ve been playing this on an iPad Pro 11” with the keyboard folio and the pencil, and it does provide the near full experience of playing it on a computer.
