This app is quite a bit more useful than it was when it was initially launched. Having not looked at in some time it now has common information in it that virtually everyone uses the portal for. That being said why not tap into the portal API and have that information populate in the app as opposed it sending you to a web link where you have to log in again. And it’s like this for every community link you want to look at. Making a change like this would be huge and more employees would probably use it.

I almost want to give it ZERO stars! I don’t like being forced to change passwords! For one thing I can’t reuse an old password apparently EVER!
When you do try to change your password it takes you to a separate Microsoft website. Once on that website it requires you to “REENTER” your existing, current login credentials! WHY? I just logged in successfully on the UPSGo app. Shouldn’t it auto populate that info?
I made sure to enter the correct login credentials on the Microsoft website and it told me it was wrong two times. If I tried a 3rd time unsuccessfully it would lock me out!
So here’s the real question. Was I suppose to enter my new password on that website or the old password?.
You idiots need to use the “Brain” God gave you! It’s not clear. It’s ambiguous!
Plus there is no “Quick Links” tab. Right now it’s open enrollment and supposedly you can access that through the app. Hogwash! There is no such “quick links” on the app.
One more thing. The website for annual enrollment is NOT secure!
It starts off with http NOT https!

I’m giving the app 3 stars because it exists and that cool. And I’m happy that the need to login multiple times has changed. Good! Now why has the Login format suddenly changed?! Annoying but I can deal with it. What I can’t deal with is suddenly not being able to view my paycheck. This is the number 1 reason employees use this app and now it’s most desired function is broken. Unacceptable. Please fix this
