How come when you log back in it does not save whatever legal job you had last time? You have to apply again?

i understand the apple play store policy of not allowing you to use these hard drugs and what have you.. and there’s been a lot of additions to the game since the last time i played, that i very much like. but there’s one glaring issue for me, and it’s that the tip offs just don’t work 95% of the time for me.. it says the prices will drop in such and such an area, when i travel there i find that the price either didn’t change at all and if it did it wasn’t drastic(more than likely i’ve already seen the prices lower without a tipoff) and vice versa.. when it says the prices are to sky rocket i find they’re lower than ever, is there any way to fix this??
