Can’t create account
Have been trying to create an account today but can get past step one. I’m not able to select my city and get through to book an appointment. Really disappointed. The app looks really well-designed and I’ve heard great things but can’t use it.

Caused injury! Watch out!
Inexperienced practitioner caused a back spasm which had me unable to move for over 24 hours. Physiotherapist I saw to resolve said it was the practitioner not knowing how to do their job. Customer support didn’t seem to care at all. So irresponsible to have unqualified practitioners on the app
