Pathetic service and lack of ownership

In October 2017 I made the mistake of requesting service via urban clap... my refrigerator stopped working, Urban clap service partner came, took Rs. 7000 to replace the Compressor and also took away my old Compressor. The same problem resurfaced again after 4 days and the guy cane back and fixed it. Since then the refrigerator hasn’t worked for more than 7-8 days at a stretch. Urban clap sent the service man twice but after 30 days their position is that we only provide warranty for 30 days from the first complaint. The fact that the problem has not been repaired does not matter to these guys. The fact that they replaced a working compressor and took away my old compressor amounts to cheating. The service agent I spoke with yesterday (Arpit) was nice and supportive but nothing seems to move and a new service partner came and left without fixing the issue... so in summary it has been 5 months and these guys cannot repair a refrigerator and have fleeced me of Rs. 7000...

A five star ac service that bombed.

Being a stupid cancerian who likes to over maintain the equipment suddenly decided to call for a split ac service second time in 3 months. The over efficient new gen mech swiftly dismantelled the inside unit serviced & reinstalled within a period of an hour plus. On checking the cooling that looked fine & the efficiency of the job done I could not but give 5 stars for the entire job. The day went, night came & I checked into my bedroom switched on the ac & went to sleep. Next morning I found a pool of water that had fallen from the inside unit of the ac on to the TV below & finally on the floor. To cut the entire story short after contacting UC with great difficulty firstly there is no column anywhere where one can contact UC, secondly there is no column for complaints or suggestions ! On the fourth attempt & this time I — being a technical person sat with the mech and showed him that the inside unit has not been mounted properly that even a non technical person could observe it. All it required was to reinstall the inside unit back into its original slots & bingo the problem got over. I blame totally the system that requires the mechanics to have targets to meet hence mess up the jobs in their hurry. Plus the harassment and loss of a TV to the customer. 😔

Fooling customers

I have already waited an hour now for my service partner to arrive. No support from Urban clap, beyond a we will call you back message.
Similarly, 2 months back I made the mistake of giving clothes for dry-cleaning on UC and it was a disaster. Instead of 3-4 day that they advertise:l, the cleaner took 3 weeks to deliver and after a lot of chasing and UC kept telling me that the cleaner doesn’t receive their calls. The received clothes were badly washed and I had to get it dry cleaned again - this time at a proper place not through UC.

Their pest control service was equally bad in quality and ineffective.
You can only fool people so many times. You will go bankrupt this way. Idiots.
