We craft a casual yet discerning menu with refined local ingredients and blend them into the tastiest dishes in a warm yet vibrant atmosphere. Every day we make our focaccia dough in our scratch kitchens, and we bake it fresh constantly in our open-hearth ovens right before your eyes. Lunch and dinner are our specialty where customers enjoy a healthy delicious and affordable menu of gourmet sandwiches and farm fresh salads. What we do, we do extremely well and all with a smile. Delicious, Healthy, and Customizable

I’ve been enjoying a lot of food from Urbane lately. They offer several healthy options with their salads and bowls, many with super foods like kale, avocado, sweet potato, salmon, etc, and they taste really good! Ordering pick-up from the app is simple, and it allows me to easily customize my order, like omitting edamame, or adding extra chicken. I also love their bread, which I believe is at least partially whole grain (not 100% sure on that). Urbane Cafe food is, in my experience, prepared consistently well. I’m grateful to have a place like this to help make my healthy eating experience more enjoyable and convenient. Thank you, Urbane.

I’ve been enjoying a lot of food from Urbane lately. Fails at it most important mission

The app is generally ok, but it’s main purpose is to order food and then pay for the order. The app fails at the payment process. It is incredibly frustrating that it allows us to save a credit card in our account but then asks for that card’s CVV every time we want to use it. It completely stops the process for me as I have to dig out my credit card to find my CVV to pay for the order. So aggravating. No other food app that I use does this. Why can’t the CVV just be saved like any other app that allows you to save your credit card info? Or, at least allow us to pay for the order using Apple Pay, if you are so scared to allow us to save the CVV info in our account. The second thing that bothers me about the app, is that there’s no section that shows current promotions. Every major food app that I use has a section that list the current promotions. If your purpose was to design an frictionless app that people use every day to easily order food from your restaurants, then I submit to you that these two oversights are not aligned with your goals.

This was my first time to this location and I was participating in the Health Care Hero’s event. I was greeted immediately by Umberto. He walked me through the entire check in and ordering process, and was patient and friendly the entire time. I love the healthy menu options and will plan to revisit for sure ~! Hopefully Quinoa will be an option of choice in the near future :)

Time difficulty when busy

I would rate this higher except for a couple of glitches. It’s really hard to figure out how to change the time if ASAP is not available. You merely get a pop-up that says the time is not available without an option for choosing a new time within that pop up. Reverting back to the order and trying to figure out where to change the time is difficult. The salads are always excellent and the staff is always friendly when I visit so I’ll definitely keep using it.
