Best Bank by far
I want to give a special thank you to the Martinsville Branch of URW. Bryan Furr is by far the best Bank Manager I’ve ever met. The tellers are amazing. They know you by name, they already know exactly what I like done with my checks etc, and I don’t even have to say anything. Now THATS customer service and good old fashioned bank relationships. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Martinsville Branch for all you do!!
App issues
App is trash it will sign you out and not let you sign back in it keep saying We are unable to validate your
information. Please try again or check
that your login credentials are set up
correctly in online banking. Please
contact us if problems continue.
Not pleased so far.
So far it won’t let me access the older version so I can’t access my account info using the app. Trying to down load for 20 minutes and all it does is spin but nothing is downloading and no progress of downloading is being shown.
