Great improvement
This app is so much better than previous version. Easy to navigate and search. Love the reference pages and Dave Perry videos. A nice future enhancement would be hyperlinks to referenced rules within the rules text.
The whiteboard is a great idea, but the boats are always head to wind. If I could change the heading of the boats on the whiteboard then five stars. (iOS version)

Thank you for the feedback! You can actually adjust both the angle of the boats and their sails. We've put together a tutorial on how to do that which you can access at https://tinyurl.com/USSRRSAppOverview. It's also posted within the app in the Resources section.
Internet Connection Required
Although the description says I can see the rules “at all times,” what I think they really mean is “only when you have a live internet connection.” At least, I can’t figure out how to use the app in offline mode with the content downloaded—like when I’m out sailing!
Or maybe content can be downloaded…and it’s a UI problem.
Great potential, but the must be an offline mode.
Major upgrade.
All in one place including the ability to produce a protest/request for redress and email to the appropriate place. Diagrams too. And now you can search the entire RRS and copy your selection. A+. Must have product for all smart phones and iPad.
