Bad Customer service

I made a mistake by sending the money to the wrong person. I tried to cancel the shipment through the application, but there is no way to contact the customer service. You would tell me that you would be in analysis. The money came out of my account, but also. to doi deposited not even for the wrong person. Every time I make a remittance to the contrary of the other apps that do almost immediately if it is in bank hours it takes much more time. Horrible!

Same as other apps

A few months back while they were still growing, they’re dollar conversion rates to other currencies was really good. In my case I send money to Brazil and the dollar conversion rate was about 3% higher then Xoom, for example. But that difference dropped over time and now they have basically the same conversion rate as Xoom.

Broken app.

This needs major work. The interface is designed poorly and is quite user unfriendly. Transaction history could not be accessed after it charged me multiple times then subsequently canceled a transaction, creating much confusion. Had to call my credit card company to figure out what the heck was going on.
I attempted to add my bank multiple times, but it kept circling back to the ‘select payment method>add bank section.

The exchange rates advertised on the website are actually higher than the actual ones once you open the app. It’s basically false advertising. It is cheaper to use Wise, formerly known as Transferwise. Go there instead!
