USHX is designed to bring everyone together who wants to invest in real estate
If you are a motivated seller, want to buy a house even with bad credit, want to invest in real estate, or do you are a contractor that wants to get jobs renovating homes. This app is designed to bring everyone together where everyone wins
The USHX is a revolutionary tool that allows homes to be sold in a unique way. The process matches a motivated seller that many times is taken advantage of that is matched up with a buyer that may have credit issues that are agreeing to buy the property and the market value. USHX will help with credit issues and transition our buyers to our mortgage partners in 60-90 days average.
USHX app will allow buyers and sellers to fill out questionnaires and based on your preferences if there is a match you will receive a real-time notification. The appointments can be set up on the app.
If a property needs rehab and the seller is selling the property at a discount we will have investors that will either loan money for renovations or even buy your home for our USHX buyer.
Contractors register on the app so when rehab is needed you can get jobs!!!
