Perfect for disabled people

As a man who’s suffered three brain aneurysms, three brain bleeds, a stroke, over 15 surgeries, over 100 procedures and counting, and rides with UZER, this app is vastly superior to the previous method of functionality. I can see who my driver is and where they are in real time, and that beats out phone calls by a long shot because over half the time I can’t hear anything they’re saying and that’s why I prefer to text. All around great app, UZER!

Unable to track trips once trip has started with voiceover

Upon the 1.9 release, it is unfortunately no longer possible to view your driver details once the driver starts the trip and is in route to your pick up location using voiceover. The Google maps takes up the entire screen and upon contacting support, was provided a solution that never works for me, and is quite clunky. For the market that this company serves, it is quite surprising and admittedly discouraging to see something like this slipped through the cracks during testing. Especially if it is claimed to be wcag compliant. I have contacted support over the last few weeks with this issue and quite frankly, as severe as this issue is, it is disappointing to say that this has taken this long to fix.

I love the service especially that I can schedule from the app instead of calling. 1. Would love to have a way to pay with a card and not just cash all the time. Sometimes it’s hard getting out to get dollar bills . Or invent a UZURV card that we can load funds to would be helpful.
