V-MODA app still not working!

Just bought and received, my Hexamove Pro ear buds, but can’t use app because it never opens, just a spinning wheel, indefinitely!!

This issue has been known by V-MODA for over a year now! Yet, still no fix or workaround!

I expected more from V-Moda, very disappointed.

Don’t release headphones unless the App works, first! It’s kind of obvious!

I’ve bought many pairs of headphones over the past several years from V-Moda, always pleased with performance and workmanship.

Unless, they can show some kind of effort to address this issue, it’s time to look for comparable headphones from other manufacturers with apps that actually work!

Why you can’t connect to the app

I saw a couple of reviews about the app not connecting to peoples paired headphones and ran into the same issue. I figured out pretty quickly what the problem was. If you pair your headphones through your phones bluetooth settings and then try to pair through the app it will fail. In this case you have to forget your device on your phone and pair it through v-modas app only. If you haven’t paired it yet just do it through the v-moda app.

App works great

Following the instructions with my M200-ANC the app worked like it’s supposed to. Looks like it only works with certain models. I dig how you can customize the EQ for different scenarios.
