Horrible app, double-charge and terrible UX/UI

Was charged twice for the audio guide. The first time I paid, I was charged but nothing happened, then I tried again and it worked, but I was charged for both. Everytime you change apps you have to reset this app to keep on using the audio guide, and they even hide the existing purchase in a misguiding tab so that you repay for another audio guide.Terrible experience, would not recommend at all, they just steal from you. Would rather do a personal guide or no guide at all.

This app has a key bug that make it almost unusable.- Opening the camera pauses the audio, and breaks the app, forcing the user to kill/restart the app to use it. Of course walking through the Valley everyone is going to use their camera….Some minor fixes I would recommend - The English narrator is painfully slow, allow for 1.25x, 1.5x, 2.0x speed- The scrolling through audio works but is non intuitive (put a knob on it)
