Minimal functionality
Terrible app. The Entrust app was far better. This is only good for checking your balance; there is literally almost no other functionality. In fact, the display of information is so glitchy and poorly organized, you can barely even do that. And you certainly cannot deposit checks or control your debit card or do anything else most mobile banking apps offer. This is literally one of the worst apps I have ever used. The people at ValleyStar are friendly enough, but they really need some help with app and website development.
Suggestion
I have another bank account with another bank that takes pictures of my checks. I find this to be very helpful seeing the checks info on the checks that I write.
I would hope that Valley Star would introduce this feature as well on the papers statements as well as on the online banking.
