RTD Van Go! is a new ride-share service that will help residents travel more easily within Northern San Joaquin County.

This connected service combines vans and free transfers to buses to continue longer trips. Unlike some other transportation options, RTD Van Go! will even pick up passengers in rural San Joaquin County.

Every RTD Van Go! vehicle is wheelchair accessible and Van Go! drivers are trained, licensed, and fully prepared to help with accessibility needs.

Needs improvement

While the app works, it’s also cumbersome and time consuming. With the current address bug affecting customers and bus operators alike, this needs to be addressed and fixed first before adding anymore features. A lot of seniors and people with disabilities use VanGo as their preferred method choice in transit, with the address bug, there have been pass ups which jeopardizes the safety of said passengers.

Good but crashes

It’s very convenient for me and just make a reservation for where I wanted to go as long as with in San Joaquin county but the thing is it crashes and sometimes I can’t book online and can’t see the update of my bus location! Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon. Over all the drivers were all kind and respectful ... thank you

I forgot my password, I was emailed a link to reset. Every time I try to reset it. The reset is not working. Something about the status. I put my new password in twice it still says something about status, this get me so angry......
