How does Vanitha iPad Subscription feature work?

· Vanitha iPad App is free to download.
· If you have an existing digital subscription, you can enter the subscription details to get free access on the iPad.
· If you choose to subscribe, select the monthly, half yearly or the yearly option.
· The paid subscription for the magazine would cost $2.99 for 6 months and $5.99 for 12 months.
· Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
· Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
· Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
· Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
· If cancellation is not done by the user, depending on your subscription settings and your credit card would be charged through your iTunes account.
· You can turn off auto renewal any time from your iTunes account settings.(it should be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period)

Buggy app. Issues after each update

Buggy app. One or other issues always. It will ask to buy even if you have a valid subscription. If you contact the support, they take 4-5 days to respond. Very poor. Cannot read offline . Even after Download it will disappear and ask to buy again. No quality . A typical Indian app
the developers don’t know how to build a quality application. all offline material will disappear after update. Family sharing will not work .
If I can give zero , I would give that . So frustrating
