For some reason stopped working

I’d been using this app since This bank was Inter National Bank (2017)
Now it changed the name as well the app name, etc
This app stopped working since mid Feb 2019, for some reason all the time that ‘d try to logging in shows a message that is not working since I don’t have internet connection, even at home when my phone connects automatically to the WiFi.
I don’t have any problem with the website in the explorer search engine as well to log in trough that.
But the app definitely don’t work
iPhone XS plus IOS 12.2
Please fix it in order to change my rate
