Problems Signing Up
I just got the VAV app not too long ago, and every time I go to sign up, it never works. I get to the ‘Pick your bias’ part and I can click on it, but it won’t let me choose. Then it doesn’t let me sign up altogether. Maybe, you can make that part optional?
Other than that, I absolutely love the app and I’ve literally fallen in love with VAV’s music!
registering is difficult
The app all in all seems easy to use and there is a lot of engagement amongst the users!! yet it seems as if others are having an issue registering as well so hopefully y’all can fix it soon 😊
Disappointed really
Let’s start off with, I didn’t even know they had an app until yesterday. Secondly, maybe it’s the fact that they haven’t updated the app in FOREVER but I can’t go no further than them asking what language I want the app in. I select English and then it just goes to a blank screen and then after a few minutes, it’ll say the sever is busy. Please update the app soon
