Glad it’s available, but …
I managed to muddle through. Here’s some hints:
I couldn’t enter a birthday manually, but license scan worked.
P.S. you can change gender after the scan.
I couldn’t make Insurance card scan work, crashes app.
There’s no help finding an available first appointment date; when you finally find one it doesn't indicate AM/PM.

I tried ordering my vaccine from door dash, but a covid cure wasn't available on the menu.
