Watch your account!!! My account was charged and nobody is able to explain why. The cars will arrive with low battery and they charge you for it. Don’t leave anything in the car and expect them to try and help you locate it. Called customer service and the person just said “hello”. No greeting or anything, just hello, like I was calling to ask how her night was going. Vay, you all have potential, but good service means everything and you’re lacking that so far in Las Vegas.

I had so many issues with the car that I truly don’t even know where to begin. I’ll start with the most egregious. The car would not turn off when it was time to end my ride. I’m called the support line multiple times and could not reach a customer service representative. Once the car is turned on, you have no way to turn it off other than the push button. If that does not work you are literally stuck in a car that is charging you by the minute without any way to turn the car off or end the ride. Customer service will not answer the phone.I will be disputing this with my credit card. This is absolutely not what I agreed to when I began this ride. There should be some type of emergency shut off inside the car or a button to reach support from inside at the very least. This situation is ridiculous and their process leaves you stranded with no options for resolution.

i LOVE this concept so so much. the convenience of just picking up a car as u need and drop off when you dont was perfect for a commuting student like myself, however this app has left me stranded multiple times due to ‘connectivity issues’ or the quality of the cars arent upkept, or simply because they cant send out the car as requested. instead i get a credit which is nice until you have to pay nearly triple for the uber instead. I’d switch this review to a 5star in a heartbeat if they had became just a little bit more reliable.

Ordered the car 30 mins before I arrived at the pick up only for them to cancel due to technical errors, I could order again but it estimated another 30 mins!!! An hour total is crazy for a 10 mins ride that I needed it for. Edited 11/19They have tacked on additional fees, $25 and other charges show up a week after using the service, save yourself the money and just use Lyft or uber. Long hold times to even get a representative to help with these charges.I’ve used Vay twice and parked near Voodoo Brewery in the designated area shown on the app. Despite following the app’s instructions, I was charged an additional $25 fee and then attempted to be charged another $150 for allegedly parking over a meter. I opened two support tickets, and both were closed with no resolution or explanation. The app states that parking fees are not required, but that has not been my experience. I ultimately had to cancel my card to prevent further unauthorized charges.

We used Vay two times recently in Vegas. Both times we actually had a driver deliver the car to us. Eli was the first driver. He was awesome and gave us a brief rundown of how it worked since it was our first time using Vay. The second day we got Kimberly. She was really nice as well. I think that they were busy the two days we rented as it took a little longer for the cars to arrive. The second day it told me it would be less than 20 min and it took close to an hour before we had the car. The app did not give a proper timeframe estimate. I have screenshots of the app showing the time discrepancy if Vay would like it. The car itself was clean except the computer screen had sticky fingerprints so it was kind of gross. Would potentially be nice to have something to clean this in the future. The app worked great to start and pause the ride. We were staying at a hotel on the strip so we struggled to find parking to "return" the vehicle. I called customer support regarding this and was told to just find a free parking. Which It's kind of hard on the strip. Customer support should have suggestions or maybe a list of locations where we can drop off. Another suggestion would be to maybe partner with resorts like MGM and have a dedicated spot to leave the car? We ended up parking the car twice at the Orleans hotel because we knew we could safety park it there as their ground parking is free. The only issue is that this location must have a bad signal and the car couldn't end the ride. We had to call support twice and both times they ended it. The guy the second day tried to get us to randomly find street parking near there but we weren't too sure about the area as we were tourists so he finally agreed to letting us leave it there. All in all great experience I understand this is still new so there will be a learning curve. Can't wait to be in Vegas again and utilize Vay
