Description
Listen to Hi-Fi Audio coming from any VBAN-Stream on your MAC Computer.
VB-AUDIO Software / VBAN-Receptor allows listening to any VBAN Streams in any audio formats (1 to 8 channels). The integrated 3 bands vintage EQ and Analog Gain Control will give you a unique audio experience on your MAC audio setup.
VBAN protocol is made to transport native audio in PCM format on any local network (LAN or WLAN).
VBAN Stream can be generated by Voicemeeter Application, the Virtual Audio Device Mixer (www.voicemeeter.com)
Additional Features:
- Play / Stop Streaming.
- Mono / Mute button.
- Mix Down Mode to listen 5.1 or 7.1 stream.
- -60 to +12 dB Master Gain.

Works great, but with crashes
Works great pretty much all the time. The only issue I'm having is that when I jump into a zoom call, it crashes. I have to restart it before I can start my call. Would love to see this fixed.
Great app, but needs love
The app functions great, when it's not crashed :)
Love the app, gets the job done and allows me to use a microphone from a different computer on my Mac. Love it.
However, the app crashes very frequently. And the app doesn't let you minimize it, so you're forced to hide it with cmd h. Which gives you the great experience of not knowing the app has crashed when you start talking on a Zoom call and everyone tells you they can't hear you and you have to "restart your microphone".
So. Ideally the app wouldn't crash, and you'd be able to at least minimize it.
However, I'd much rather see it as one of those menu-bar-type apps so it gets out of your way and is just always running in the background.
ALSO it would be fantastic if it could start at login.
Works great
This is great for streaming audio from a Windows PC into a Mac. It's stable and depending on your data speeds it has low latency. It's also high-quality. I don't notice any compression or signal deterioration when I send from Voicemeeter Banana on my PC to VBAN Receptor on my Mac.
I just wish there was a way to go both direction. Send/Receive from both Mac and PC.
