Software Issues and Bad Customer Service

I have used this tool on and off for nearly 7 years. I have always had a pleasant experience until recently. Even though the price is killer expensive, I decided to do a 6 month subscription for my study needs but this company is leaving me regreting that decision. The very next day after purchasing the tool, seems it did not like my VPN and decided to block my account. I sent the company multiple emails and they are slow at responding to my issues. It took them 4 days to come back with a solution and when I promptly reply back, they keep me waiting until the next day. Needless to say, I have not been able to use the software and should be compensated for the downtime since they can't seem to get back to their customers in a resonable amount of time.

Wow - waaaayyy to expensive now

I used this app a back in 2017 while preparing for another cert exam. Came back to it now for a second certification exam I am preparing for, and come to find out the price is now $90 a month.... - sorry but I'll stick to reading the PDF versions of the practice tests.

Developer is indicating this is a great value - but you can find similar types of practice tests on sites such as Udemy that provide similar results (that already have testing questins vice having to purchase test questions outside of VCE, then paying the subscription fee to use this product.

Like I said before, I came back to this app because the last time I enjoyed using it, BUT it is not worth $90 IMO.

Thanks for your feedback. We provide one of the best exam testing engine. Its purpose is to help advance students further in their careers. Such advancement leads to increased income, so I believe that many consider the purchase to be an investment that eventually pays for itself.

Immediate uninstall. Another developer that thinks they can milk users like idiots

Save your money and download Anki. Even a $10 a month subscription is outlandish for a flashcard program. Then seeing the sub moved to $89? Get real.

Support, don't both telling me pricing isn't an exact science. The only people paying are likly on a work account where cost doesn't matter.

The only positive reviews are paid indian reviewers. Incredibly obvious and will be red flagged for this by my orginization. Any apps by this dev will be blocked and uninstalled on our domain.
