Can’t figure out how to actually animate and wish there were instructions it is a good for seeing how a body moves but is frustrating

I don’t like it because it doesn’t even let me in i already tríed like 15 times and it kicks me out Every time.sorry but i don’t like that it kicks me Out. It’s my opinión okay.
