Excellent customer service!
There was a recent app update that improved the app greatly. It added more features.
Initially, it caused my bike to not to be able to connect to Bluetooth or even power on. I was very unhappy. Within 10 minutes of the problem I received a phone call back from from customer service. Regie provided textbook customer service. They tried to help me fix it. They contacted me every day. They told me they wouldn’t contact me on the weekend. They followed up with every commitment they made and puzzled through the software issue. Everything runs great and I enjoy the new features.
Excellent App
This app is great and user friendly. Displays all of the necessary info and is easy to connect to.
Thunder 1 app
This is a bare bones app that works well enough for basic functions. The real trick is getting the app to pair with the bike.
After many fails, I ended up deleting the app, had Bluetooth forget the device, then shut the phone down. I turned the phone back on, downloaded the app again, (make sure location is set to ‘always’ and enable notifications) and finally got them to pair.
