Just flawed enough to be useless
tl;dr: if you have a patron base of people who enjoy being told where to sit and you don’t wish to invite first-time audience members to return, this app will work for you.
Like so many other Vendini features, this app is a good idea with a few “minor” (Vendini’s word) flaws that make the entire item unusable in the real world. In this case, the app doesn’t allow you to select a seat; it assigns one automatically, with no option to change for another. I’ve never worked at a company where patrons are okay with this idea.
In addition, it doesn’t give you any option to collect their contact information; if you pay close attention, you can enter their email address (“for receipt purposes”)— and only their email address— AFTER the sale is complete and they have their ticket. Good luck converting first-time patrons into regular supporters when you can’t even add them to your mailing list.

Can’t look up patrons
This is useless to me if I can’t look up orders.
This is the stupidest website/app ever! I can’t log on, I can’t create an account on the app. I can’t create an account on the website. I cant get to ticket sales on the website. I was given a link. I put tickets in my cart and i keep getting a message my cart is empty. I would never buy a product that give my customers the tum around that you’re giving me now! I’m so irritated that if my son wasn't performing I would not be going to this event period. Your website And app are a waste of my time.
