Description
With VenueAware Direct, event staff – managers, ushers, stewards, and security – can instantly respond to and log incidents that happen during matches, games and events without having to rely on radio communication. Whether it is something as simple as reporting a broken seat or logging all the people associated with a fight, VenueAware Direct eliminates paper incident cards and gives venue management real-time transparency into what’s happening anywhere in the facility, at any time.

* Added the option to see a summary of historical work for a given piece of equipment/location.
* Added mobile alerts for notifications sent directly or via triggers.
* Improved the Raise Work experience from the Home screen.
* Inspection work is now properly filtered based on work permissions.
* Enhanced squad checks to include the work/incident IDs created when failing a squad check.
* Fixed an issue cause the app to crash when scrolling through inspection work records.
* Fixed a bug on iOS that limited scrolling of the location when the keyboard was showing while raising an incident.
