Terrible security practices
My email address has a + in it, and whilst it let me register and verify that email it doesn’t let me login, the server returns a 400. I can’t register again because “this device has already been used to create an account”. I can only imagine that they’re not properly handling the + in the email address, which is extremely concerning. The alternative is that their API is down, which is even worse.
Update: a + is a valid character in an email address. I’m not going to change my email address because the developers are too incompetent to comply with RFC 5322, what an absurd notion.

hard to use
The scanning of the back is very difficult and confusing. I bought a 10-gram gold bar, I am very sure that it is genuine because it's from a trusted store. But why did the front scan pass quickly, and the back scan always fail? Is this a normal situation ?
