This is an update on“Stopped working with iPhone 14. Stuck on rotate device into land scape. Rotation is not locked on iPhone. This is an app issue. Reinstalling won’t help.”If you use Face ID than you need to tilt your iPhone towards your face, otherwise the app won’t rotate. Afterwards you can continue with scans. It is related to iPhone and not an issue with the app.App is easy to use and easy to verify.

My email address has a + in it, and whilst it let me register and verify that email it doesn’t let me login, the server returns a 400. I can’t register again because “this device has already been used to create an account”. I can only imagine that they’re not properly handling the + in the email address, which is extremely concerning. The alternative is that their API is down, which is even worse.Update: a + is a valid character in an email address. I’m not going to change my email address because the developers are too incompetent to comply with RFC 5322, what an absurd notion.

The scanning of the back is very difficult and confusing. I bought a 10-gram gold bar, I am very sure that it is genuine because it's from a trusted store. But why did the front scan pass quickly, and the back scan always fail? Is this a normal situation ?

Just partial screen comes up regardless of how/where I hold the item. I followed all steps and reviewed all of the videos and tutorials but I haven’t been able to verify the product as I am stuck in that one step I mentioned above.
