Tiny fees (1.5%) large pool of traders! Members list their likes and dislikes and you can search for user likes / user inventories if you are looking to move a card or searching for a specific card or player! They are very receptive to tweets to enhance usability and cater to member wants and needs! Cool thing is if you ship with priority and signature they cover the shipping with a 3rd party insurance! Customer support responds timely and loading up inventory is super fast! You just type in slab serial number and if grading company has a pic it gets uploaded for you with card details auto filling so very minor if any edits/additional info is needed!
Overall I love my experience and use the app almost daily if not more!

When I first downloaded this app the fees used to be 1.5% for trades but now they are increasing to 4%. I can understand why with the ability to actually verify authentication of Pokémon cards. However a 4% fee of the total trade value is a bit steep, especially when the trade is above $1,000 in value. The pricing of trades is what is going to make people leave the platform, nobody wants to pay $100+ for authentication and shipping when there is other viable ways of trading in this day in age. I hate to say it but I am one of those people that will be leaving this app if the trade % is staying at 4. With this being said the app is good, I have made multiple trades and I will not blame the app for the people who market their cards way too high because that is not the app’s fault but rather the traders on the app. I think the best ways to improve this app is to lower the fees/ pricing to intrigue new traders and keep veteran traders, and to implement a better way to check recent sales/ market value for cards such as utilizing price charting, eBay last sold, and TCG player as those three are the big 3 that everyone uses. Good app but not worth it anymore.

Fees are meh!!! Could be better w/ rates. The one thing that bothered me the most is that I got absolutely no trade updates during my trade process. The notification I got was that it was delivered to my address. Following that the way they package it was so unsecured. Pretty much a veriswap bubble mailer inside another bubble mailer. Nothing between the slab to actually protect it from force. I was definitely I did not feel secure trading my higher end cards despite that fact that they ask me to ship in a more expensive method only to receive a bubble mailer. I reached over to support a couple of times with no response. If your looking to trade and don’t mind the fees than it might be right for you. Other thing that was a red flag is that they ask you to film the packaging and shipping process. Which to me sounds like the company does not want to assume responsibility for any mistakes that can happen within the process. Filming doesn’t prove anything as anyone can just stop filming and spot h the package or compromise the package.
