Quickly access ReferenceConnect to better manage insurance research from a single view, experience the “auto create” feature which automatically adds new activities and suspenses to document specific actions done within the app or make use of the client dashboards to quickly review the health of your accounts.
What’s more, since the app has been written as a true native application, you can take advantage of many of the tools inherent to mobile devices to manage your time even more effectively including GPS mapping, email communications, photo capturing and voice recognition for creating notes and activities verbally.

My fingerprint doesn’t work and always have to log in every time. Needs some improvements on the COI and ID cards. Makes me save to another pdf file just to send. Wish it would push straight to outlook to send. Need to be able to create activities and suspense straight from home page.
Huge step forward for our industry
Such an awesome and monumental leap forward! The app is incredible, especially so early in its public life. Some cool must haves:
- User defined View Options - I'd love to be able to default to only seeing active policies.
- The ability to save login credentials - I understand that this is YOUR app (instead of users using IE) and you take on some sort of liability, but I (along with most agents that use AMS360 online) are used to having IE store our credentials and not have to re-enter our password each time. I'd imagine no one would have an issue with your amending your TOS to reference that.

- Touch ID - The API is available, jump on it! No reason not to!
I love this app. It empowers me to answer most quick reference questions for my clients, I can send COI's and ID cards, and check on open to-do's on the fly. Every engaged producer will benefit by adopting field use of this vital client care tool. Ad it just keeps getting better. Great job team Vertafore!
