First of all, the app is very well designed. It’s never crashed on me, I’ve never found broken links, etc. All in all, the webmaster did an outstanding job. Secondly, it here is so much I can do on the app, (example: Refill medications, view appointments, message my doctors, file for disability or appeals, view my medical records and images, (such as X-rays, cat scan & MRI results, etc.), check lab results, etc.). I’ve used the app for ALL of those reasons for several years now, and I can’t even imagine how much time it has saved me. Like I said in the title, if you are an American veteran, you really should download the app and put it to use. Finally, if you are reading this, I thank you for your service! I’m a disabled/retired Navy Corpsman honorably discharged in 1988. I hope this message finds you healthy, wealthy and wise. 🫡☮️

First, I find this app extremely useful when I'm away from my iMac & MacBook. The reason I mention these is because of the obvious (they're both Apple & integrated together). So, whatever I'm doing just transfers between devices w/ ease & I love it!! Having this app across devices is amazing. I always know my appt dates & times. I can securely message my providers, download forms, keep up to date w/ prescriptions, new events, etc. As long as it's working properly, I'm good to go. So far, so good!

Generally, it is not easy to get CBOC on the phone, but I can write a SECURE MESSAGE & get a response back with-in 20 minutes!!! I’m grateful & thankful to all the people that run this website. This app. Is perfect for placing the veteran in the right place from the seat of wherever he wants to be. Wanna schedule a doc. Visit or refill a script while you fish your best spot or check your records while you sit and watch the ballgame then open it up and boom there it is. Get the app and use it. You earned it 👍🏻🇺🇸

Hello Fellow Veterans,I know in the past VA sites have been very confusing, and some still are, but I found that I can actually understand and appreciate this app it took some time but wasn’t hard to figure out. You will appreciate the App once you get familiar with it.

I love this app and use it all the time to check my claims and messages from my doctors. You can access everything to the va benefits from this app. I have told a lot of people about this app. Thank you for making this.

I really like Vets App because it’s extremely easy to navigate & any time I have a basic question about benefits, the status of my claim or just need some general info, Vets App is the place to find it.

I am really pleased with the help it has been. Definitely would recommend that you try it first and second keep finding it a useful tool

It just hyperlinks everything... the VA sites, discounts, hotline .. just redirects to its official page doesn’t stay within the ap.... I could just go to the site myself instead of opening this app, clicking it then going to the site. Kinda pointless and the community stuff just stays on “one minute... loading” plus the amount of ads is insane . Good idea bad execution

Even though I’ve been a disabled veteran for a little over 20 years, I have trouble sometimes remembering all the benefits available to me. VetsApp does a really good job collating relevant information & utilizing a central app from which veterans can springboard from.
