This app saves me time an money do to the fact I’m a regular ride on VIA because I’m not a person that carries cash on them a lot now that I’ve got the the i do is push buy ticket even if don’t use it that it still be there when I need it thanks VIA for coming up with VIA Go Mobile.

I realize there are many factors that influence whether the bus will be on time. Many uncontrollable, over scheduling is under your control, many bus drivers state when they are running late or overbooked, they get no help from whom ever is able help relieve the problem. Many people who ride required more than the scheduled allotted time for pick up and getting off. This also causing a driver to run late.
On positive side most drivers are friendly and professional and extremely helpful..It is a shared ride and I just sit and enjoy it, while some are very ungrateful if they are are taken straight to drop off, most drivers deal kindly with these riders.

Great Design, Terrible Loading
I think it’s great and all that the design is more refined but now I have to open the app like a whole 1 min and 1/2 before the actual bus arrives. The older version loading instantly. This one has a loading screen that’ll make the drivers think I’m a fraud or dont even have a bus pass. Not the best feelings in the world.
I must’ve jinxed myself because now it takes three restarts of the app to load up. Still think the design is dope but my god it takes forever. And last month a bus driver thought my pass was fake because of the new design. It’s truly been a journey with this new redesign...
